- Will handle both Client Services and Support Departments in Zoho Desk
- Needs to see the big picture to foresee potential problems aside from the current issue at hand; so as to present more solutions and action steps
- Has had experience in B2B Account Management, speaking and dealing with executives (CEOs, EAs, etc.) to control client noise during times where Savings team members may have had misses where we need to set proper expectations with clients to prevent further client noise/damage
- Responsible for soliciting tender documents from potential suppliers, extracting and analyzing relevant information and processing data
- Responsible for gathering information in relation to client’s current procurement methods, extracting, and analyzing relevant information and processing data
- The ability to multi-task. You will be managing a number of client projects at any one time so you must be able to work at pace and manage your time efficiently.
- Problem solving skills. You will be responsible for resolving problems and will need to be able to consider solutions and ensure a satisfactory outcome. You must be confident and be able to make reasoned decisions.
- Excellent spoken and written English. You’ll be communicating with clients across a variety of media so confident communication is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant software packages including Google Docs and Microsoft
- Programs to be able to enter information into our standard formats.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City, Mid-Shift
