RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with Management Reporting, including Client, Destination & Source Market performance analysis
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems in a monthly and annual basis
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Creates graphical representations of the reports
  • Client Master Service Agreements. Tracking and updating existing and new service agreements
  • Contract Guides: using guide template input relevant contract terms and conditions, seeking approval prior to uploading in SharePoint 
  • Monitoring and calculating client rebate agreements 
  • Tracking and reporting on client funds, relating to preferred agreements
  • Sales Team & Sales Rep Commission Reconciliations and payment processing
  • Processing of invoices for sales reps and contracted platform staff 
  • Verifying expense claims are within specified limits for management approval

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as a reports analyst, data analyst, and/or business data analyst
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (MS Excel, Macros, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
  • Experience in using Salesforce or any related CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Very good spoken and written communication skills, in English
