RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update and maintain the data integrity and accuracy of the ATS; input and update applicant information for potential endorsements
  • Monitor the Welcome Kit inventory and work with the Procurement Specialist as needed
  • Extend job offers and prepare the relevant documents/contracts
  • Monitor and chase for the new hire’s Top and Mid employment requirements
  • Prepare and post job ads on available job boards
  • Assist with resume screening, phone screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist in online exam administration
  • Process reference checks upon hiring manager’s request
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
    • Scheduling of welcome email
    • Preparing welcome kits
    • Coordinating with the TQA, IT, and HR
  • Schedule and send email campaigns on ERP and introduce the new hires
  • Process and update transfers of government-mandated benefits
  • Ad-hoc:
    • Join careers/job fairs, personally engage with candidates, collate a list, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Psychology, HR, or any related course
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in HR and/or Recruitment
  • Tech savvy; proficient in using different tools such as Google Suites, MS Office, Skype, Zoom, and the likes
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension, both written and verbal
