RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Prospecting leads/accounts
  • Prospecting and/or research by phone, email, & LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as Twitter and other social media platforms
  • Will be provided target accounts but might need to identify additional contacts within an account
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle and reach target accounts
  • Able to hit and/or exceed the set KPIs: Appointment sets and Appointments accepted primarily but call and email volumes may also be captured
  • Create a customer-first experience that inspires our audience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience a plus
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Docs
  • Team player, energetic, and ready to learn
  • Agile professional who enjoys a good challenge and is comfortable with change
  • A positive, self-starter attitude, and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Ability to connect with people using telephone, email, and online networking sites

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
