JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Service Delivery Team, you will be a part of an inspiring and highly functional team of Service Delivery Engineers, Application Developers, Networking and Infrastructure specialists.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all in-bound service desk calls in a timely manner
  • Handle all in-bound tickets logged through the ticketing system and routing them appropriately
  • Determine source of problems through a series of question diagnosis while guiding end users through step-by-step solutions
  • Document solutions for future reference
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Consistently track and record time spent on tickets to resolution via the ticketing system while maintaining an acceptable SLA standard

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduates with a technical background and/or degree are welcome
  • Must have fundamental knowledge of Windows End User Computing environment (Windows 10)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016-2019 applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP, VLAN, VOIP)
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills; driven to meet KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
