- Make outbound calls and electronic communications to follow up outstanding debtor balances.
- Take inbound calls and electronic communications from customers regarding the status of their account, personal details, balance outstanding, and other ad hoc items as requested.
- Document collection activity, customer interactions, and attendance at team meetings.
- Perform data integrity checks.
- Internal management reporting as required
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- High level of Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
