  • Make outbound calls and electronic communications to follow up outstanding debtor balances.
  • Take inbound calls and electronic communications from customers regarding the status of their account, personal details, balance outstanding, and other ad hoc items as requested.
  • Document collection activity, customer interactions, and attendance at team meetings.
  • Perform data integrity checks.
  • Internal management reporting as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as required


  • High level of Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Agility to work with a team as well as independently
  • Motivated to learn quickly and ability to adapt to change
