Training Specialist Temporary WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and conceptualize training modules based on the need of the employees and the management.
  • Be responsible for managing the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for company managers and employees.
  • Help determine company needs for leadership development, succession planning, career management, interpersonal skills, and communication training.
  • Conduct New Employee Onboarding and Orientation for new hires as well as product training before endorsing them to operations.
  • Partner and join other HR professionals to assess and implement organizational development programs, processes, and training initiatives to support organizational strategies.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends about training provided.
  • Evaluate employees’ improvement based on the training provided.
  • Develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Prepare program reports.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as necessary.
  • Draft quality assurance policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standard.
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality.
  • Evaluate employees through call listening, side-by-side, and live monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years’ exposure in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Knowledgeable in instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Eagerness to master the full training cycle
  • Background in utilizing any learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
  • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
  • BS degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, HR, or any related field
  • Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to work, Mondays to Fridays, 7AM-4PM work schedule
