What started out as 4 staff to assist the Data#3 Australian operations team, has now grown to over 13 and is continuing to grow. B&P have continually shown that they are able to provide technical IT staff with different skill sets, who are very good at delivering great customer service across a wide variety of technical solutions.
B&P takes the time to understand our business requirements for each role during the recruitment process, and are flexible enough to adapt to the changing needs of our business when required.
The work that B&P does during the recruitment process continues on while the staff are employed by B&P. They provide regular feedback sessions to the staff on their professional work and development, which makes them a perfect fit for Data#3.
