As part of this commitment, we have developed this Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to inform you of how we use the

    by our client and prospects.

employment record and will be used for employment purposes.

Booth & Partners Philippines Inc. (B&P) conducts criminal background checks on all employees once they have completed the application

We may display and make your personal information available through our candidate profiling sites and be accessed by our leads and clients
as part of candidate selection process while ensuring appropriate security is in place to prevent your personal information from being
accidentally lost, deleted, and altered in an unauthorized way. All personal information is retained in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may change this Policy from time to time. We will post any changes to the Policy on this page. Each version of the Policy is identified at
the top of the page by its effective date.

We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis by which we collect and use your personal data.

Wherever you apply for a job opening through our Quick Apply and job board integration vendors, we rely on consent
during the application process to disclose your personal data to the service provider on the basis described below.

If you are a candidate from the European Economic Area:
The data that we collect from you and process may be transferred to a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
It may also be accessed and processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
