The primary responsibility of an Accounts Payables and Receivable Specialist is to handle the financial transactions of the client which includes invoice processing, reconciliation, and month end closing of payable activities. In addition, this role is responsible for receiving and processing payments and monitoring dues (receivables) including client’s credits.
Data Entry Associate
The primary responsibility of a Data Entry Associate is to prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities as instructed by the Team Leader. The role must ensure the accuracy of all data and other related information.
Virtual Sales Representative
As a Virtual Sales Representative, you are to prospect, qualify, and close new businesses through outbound phone calls.
The overall responsibility of the Accounting Specialist is to handle P&L reporting for B&P clients.
Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns. Explain company products/services and the ability to recommend various products/services to meet the customer’s needs. Ensures customers receive efficient and courteous service. Work is performed under direct supervision.
Lead Generation Specialist
The successful candidate will mainly generate leads, but not limited to online research and directory listings. This role will liaise closely with the Client’s Logistics Sales Team and conduct international outbound calls to generate qualified leads for the sales team to sell to.
Technical Support Representative
The primary responsibility of a Technical Support Representative is to provide technical support to users and residential customers. In addition, configuring and troubleshooting various internet network issues (LAN, DNS, DHCP, Routing, NAT, WLAN), e.g. , switching/routing/firewall devices.
